Sea Wolf is a Seattle bakery opened in 2014 by brothers Jesse and Kit Schumann, two native Washingtonians. Following the practices of craftsmanship and local sourcing, Sea Wolf offers bread and pastry in a space that’s comfortable and welcoming to everyone. 

In the bakery, you’ll find a modest selection of bread and pastry items which are prepared by hand and rotate with the seasons. The proximity of the customer to the work of the bakery in a bright and open space reflects our desire to foster a community of people who are invested in the production of good food - whether employee, home baker, or bread enthusiast.
