Sea Wolf is a family-owned, Seattle craft bakery founded in 2014 by brothers Kit and Jesse Schumann. It observes, as best it can, the practices of local sourcing and skilled craftsmanship, including flour from The Shepherd's Grain and Fairhaven Organic Flour Mill's rye and barley.

Born and raised in rural NW Washington, Kit and Jesse have spent the past several years cooking, baking, and imagining how and where to open their own bakery. For two and a half years, Sea Wolf breads were baked out of borrowed kitchen spaces around Seattle using cast iron pans. Happily, in August of 2016 Sea Wolf found a permanent home at 3621 Stone Way N in North Lake Union.
