Sea Wolf is a Seattle bakery opened in 2014 by brothers Jesse and Kit Schumann, born and raised in Northwest Washington. Following the practices of craftsmanship and local sourcing, Sea Wolf offers bread and pastry in a space that’s comfortable and welcoming to everyone. Sea Wolf has a modest selection of bread and pastry items which are prepared by hand and rotate with the seasons.
Though Sea Wolf is now a tipping business, we offer a higher starting wage than Seattle minimum wage and provide benefits including paid time off, health and dental insurance, and matching retirement contributions. Tips are pooled on a weekly basis and distributed equally across all staff team members.

Sea Wolf does not hold bread or pastries aside day-of, but you can skip the bakery line and pick up bread by placing a pre-order!
We deliver to the Eastside!
Once a week on Fridays, we deliver pre-orders to the Woodinville Bodega. Orders arrive on-site by 10:30 am and you can pick up until 7 pm.
