Small batch Specialty coffee

Owner and head roaster, Dennis Peseau, established Hyacinth Coffee on site at Sea Wolf Bakers in 2021. In 3-kg drum-based Diedrich Roaster, Denny does single-origin specialty coffees for drip and pour over as well as blend roasts for espresso.

With its espresso roast, Hyacinth seeks to balance unique notes of a lighter bean while also creating enough depth and richness for the coffee to pair well with the milk in espresso.
