Jesse and Kit Schumann want Sea Wolf and Oxbow to reflect their own experience working for chefs and bakers who paid a good living wage and provided the opportunity to learn. Giving staff an environment where they can grow as professionals lies at the heart of employment.

Our team of staff come from a variety of different backgrounds - from pastry school to scientific research. We benefit from the diverse perspectives and experiences of our team.

With over 50 staff members across two locations and more than 6 years in operation, we have honed a pathway for professional development at every skill level.

Whether you are new to production or an experienced professional, if you like to collaborate, perform alongside a team, and work hard, we would love to meet you.
